Hicham Zougagh is an international trainer in civil awareness and elections supported by BRIDGE (Building Human Resources in Governance, Democracy, and Elections). He has worked as a legal consultant and training expert at the American Bar Association (Rule of initiative law/ Middle East and Africa (ABA). He is also a legal consultant and training expert at the International Republican Institute (IRI) and Facilitator of United Nations-approved dialogue sessions.

Hicham Zougagh has been a professor of constitutional, administrative, and Human Rights Law for more than10 years. He has also worked as a consultant and training expert with a number of international and local institutions, including the UN, UNDP, (IOM), IDEA, ECES, National Democratic Institute (NDI), Chemonics, Canadian Click Training, the National Electoral Commission in Libya and the National Electoral Commission In Sudan.

Hisham Al-Zukagh has written a number of legal and training publications, and a facilitation manual on strengthening the role of civil society in the legislative process for Creative Associates International, 2017.

Particularly, in the fields of elections, local government, constitution, and human rights, peacebuilding, analysis and conflict resolution, building and developing the capacities of civil society institutions, advocacy, and networking.
